Amy Crees
Development & Outreach Manager
As Development & Outreach Manager, Amy is dedicated to building meaningful relationships that strengthen the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country. She works closely with community members, businesses, donors, and partners to expand awareness, increase support, and create opportunities that help more young people experience the power of mentorship.
A Montana native and longtime Bozeman resident, Amy brings a deep understanding of the local community and a passion for helping children and families thrive. Before stepping into her current role, she served as the organization's Community-Based Program Manager, where she guided volunteers and families through the enrollment and matching process. Her background also includes six years in early childhood education as a paraprofessional and intervention specialist, giving her valuable insight into the needs of youth and the importance of positive, supportive relationships.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys quilting, trail running, spending time with family and friends, and serving on the leadership team of Finding Freedom, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals find healing through supportive community connections.
