Danielle Kaufman
Program Director
As Program Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country, Danielle provides leadership and oversight for the organization's mentoring programs across Gallatin, Park, Madison, Sweet Grass, and Yellowstone counties. She works closely with the program team to ensure high-quality, safe, and meaningful mentoring relationships while advancing the organization's mission and strategic goals.
A Montana native, Danielle was born and raised in eastern Montana before earning her bachelor's degree in Family & Consumer Sciences from Montana State University. Following graduation, she pursued her passion for serving others by joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she began her career as a Matching and Enrollment Specialist. Over the years, her dedication to youth development and relationship-centered programming has led her into a leadership role supporting both staff and mentoring programs across the region.
As a remote member of the team, Danielle remains closely connected to the communities and staff she serves, regularly traveling to Montana to provide support, strengthen partnerships, and help ensure positive outcomes for youth and families.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and making memories with her family.
