Delaney Wisneski

Park County Program Manager

As the Park Country Program Manager, Delaney supports children, families, and volunteers throughout the mentoring journey while building meaningful relationships that help youth reach their full potential. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for every match and strengthening the communities she serves.

Originally from Michigan, Delaney grew up in Montana on a fly-fishing lodge before earning her bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Montana and a master's degree in Special Education from Western Governors University. Her professional background includes serving as a victim advocate for Gallatin County and working as a special education teacher, experiences that strengthened her commitment to supporting children and families.

Delaney's connection to Big Brothers Big Sisters is also deeply personal. As a former Little herself, she experienced firsthand the lasting impact a mentor can have in a young person's life. That experience inspires her work each day and fuels her passion for helping create life-changing mentoring relationships for others.

Outside of work, Delaney enjoys spending time with her husband and young child, taking walks with her dogs, and exploring everything the Livingston community has to offer.
