Gwen Jones

As Office Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country, Gwen helps keep the organization running smoothly by supporting daily operations and providing administrative support for the team. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to the mission help ensure staff can focus on creating meaningful mentoring relationships for youth and families.

Gwen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley before spending 15 years as a business owner. After relocating to Montana, she returned to school and earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Bastyr University, later becoming a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Her professional experience also includes working in conflict resolution as a program staff member, mediator, and trainer for the Bellevue Neighborhood and Parent-Teen Mediation Programs. Today, Gwen continues to serve the community both as a part-time member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters team and as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in private practice.

Outside of work, Gwen enjoys using her diverse experiences in business, counseling, and mediation to support individuals and strengthen communities.
