Heidi Worley

Big Sky & Ennis Program Manager

As Big Sky & Ennis Program Manager, Heidi partners with children, families, and volunteers to create and support meaningful mentoring relationships. She is passionate about helping young people build confidence, discover new opportunities, and develop lasting connections that strengthen both individuals and the communities they call home.

Originally from Washington, Heidi moved to Montana in 2012 to attend Montana State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Community Health with a minor in Sociology. Her passion for early childhood development, holistic health, and community engagement naturally led her to Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she is dedicated to creating positive experiences that help youth thrive.

Heidi lives in the close-knit community she serves with her husband and children. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, ice fishing with her family, coaching youth soccer and children's yoga, and spending summer days at the lake.
