Megan Moffett

As Gallatin Valley Program Manager, Megan partners with children, families, and volunteers to create meaningful mentoring relationships that help youth build confidence, reach their goals, and discover new opportunities. She is passionate about supporting young people and creating positive experiences that foster growth, connection, and belonging.

Originally from Golden, Colorado, Megan attended Montana State University, where she studied Community Health after beginning her college career in Elementary Education. Throughout her education, she developed a strong interest in the connection between youth well-being, mental health, and the environment. Before joining Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country, Megan worked as both a substitute teacher and an after-school paraprofessional, experiences that strengthened her passion for helping children succeed and adapt to each child's unique needs.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys fly fishing, skiing, spending time with friends, and relaxing with her cat, Melvin.
