Samantha Riley

As Match Support Specialist, Samantha partners with Bigs, Littles, and families to help mentoring relationships grow and thrive. Through regular communication, guidance, and encouragement, she provides ongoing support to ensure matches remain safe, meaningful, and successful while helping youth achieve their goals.

Samantha earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Appalachian State University. While in college, she became involved with Students Helping Honduras, an organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for children and families. Since 2010, she has continued to travel to Honduras in support of that mission. After relocating to Big Sky, Montana, Samantha worked with Women in Action, Discovery Academy, and Ophir Elementary, where she supported English Language Learner (ELL) students and their families. Her diverse experiences have strengthened her passion for empowering youth and creating opportunities for children to succeed.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors paddleboarding, fly fishing, and cross-country skiing, embracing all that Montana has to offer throughout the year.
