Stacie Martin
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country, Stacie is dedicated to advancing the organization's mission by strengthening partnerships, supporting staff, and expanding opportunities for youth across Southwest and Eastern Montana. She is passionate about creating meaningful change and ensuring every young person has the support they need to reach their full potential.
Stacie brings more than 16 years of leadership experience working with mission-driven organizations and guiding diverse teams through growth and change. Before joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, she served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where she partnered with communities across Latin America, Africa, and South Asia to expand access to education, health care, and economic opportunity. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate law with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
She earned her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, and a master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
Although her career has taken her around the world, Stacie and her family are proud to call Bozeman home. Outside of work, she enjoys paddle boarding, attending local music events, and exploring everything Montana has to offer.
